Resumen
Pixotería no recolecta, no almacena en servidores y no comparte datos personales. No hay cuentas ni registro, no hay publicidad y no hay compras. La app no envía nada a internet: para jugar, sólo se comunica con los otros teléfonos de la partida, dentro de la misma red WiFi.
1. Qué información se maneja
Lo que tú escribes
Tu nombre de jugador (nickname). Lo eliges tú y puede ser cualquier cosa: un apodo, una inicial, lo que sea. No pedimos tu nombre real y no hay forma de verificarlo. Se guarda en tu propio teléfono para no tener que escribirlo en cada partida, y se muestra a los demás jugadores de esa partida — es su único propósito: que sepan a quién le tocó qué tabla y quién ganó.
Lo que la app guarda en tu teléfono
Todo esto vive únicamente en el almacenamiento local de tu dispositivo. No sale de ahí, no se respalda en ningún servidor nuestro y se borra por completo al desinstalar la app:

Lo que viaja entre teléfonos durante una partida
Mientras juegan, los dispositivos intercambian sólo lo necesario para el juego: los nombres de jugador, qué tabla eligió cada quien, qué cartas se han cantado y quién reclamó “¡Lotería!”. Nada de eso se guarda en ningún lado después de la partida ni sale de la red WiFi local.
Para que los teléfonos se encuentren sin que escribas direcciones, el anfitrión anuncia la partida en la red local usando mDNS/Bonjour, un mecanismo estándar del sistema operativo. Ese anuncio contiene el nombre generado de la partida (por ejemplo, “Loteria-4821”) y es visible para los dispositivos de esa misma red mientras la partida está abierta.
Lo que no se recolecta
No recolectamos ni tenemos acceso a: tu ubicación, tu lista de contactos, tus fotos, tu micrófono, tu cámara, tu agenda, tu dirección de correo, tu número de teléfono, ni ningún historial de uso o estadística de la app. Tampoco tu identificador de publicidad: la app no incluye publicidad.
2. Permisos que pide la app, y por qué
- Acceso a la red local / WiFi (
INTERNET,ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE,ACCESS_WIFI_STATE,CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATEen Android; permiso de red local en iOS): es lo único que la app necesita para existir. Sirve para encontrar las partidas cercanas y conectarse con los otros jugadores. No se usa para enviar datos a internet.
En iOS, el sistema te pedirá permiso explícito la primera vez con el mensaje “Pixotería usa la red local para encontrar y conectar con partidas cercanas”. Si lo niegas, la app no puede encontrar partidas: es su única función de red.
La app no pide ubicación, cámara, micrófono, contactos ni almacenamiento externo.
3. Servicios de terceros
La app no incluye SDK de analítica, de reporte de fallos ni de publicidad. Ninguna función de la app se conecta a servidores nuestros ni de terceros: no existen.
Hay una excepción que conviene explicar con honestidad:
Síntesis de voz (leer los nombres de las cartas en voz alta). Cuando esta opción está activada, la app le pide al sintetizador de voz del propio sistema operativo que diga el nombre de la carta. En algunos teléfonos Android, el motor de voz instalado (por ejemplo, el de Google) puede procesar ese texto en sus servidores para generar voces de mayor calidad. El texto que se le entrega es únicamente el nombre de una carta de la baraja tradicional —”El Gallo”, “La Sirena”— nunca tu nombre de jugador ni ningún dato personal. Ese procesamiento, si ocurre, se rige por la política de privacidad del fabricante de tu teléfono o del motor de voz que tengas instalado, no por ésta. Puedes apagar esta función desde las opciones de la partida.
4. Publicidad y compras
Publicidad — no hay. Esta versión no muestra anuncios de ningún tipo: ni banners, ni entre rondas, ni con recompensa. Tampoco incluye el SDK de ningún proveedor de publicidad, así que no hay nada que pueda leer tu identificador de anuncios.
Compras — no hay. Todas las barajas que trae la app se juegan sin pagar nada, y no existe ninguna compra dentro de la app.
Si en el futuro se agrega alguna de las dos, esta política se actualizará antes de que la función llegue a los usuarios, y el cambio quedará anotado en la sección 8.
5. Menores de edad
La lotería es un juego familiar y la app está pensada para todo público. Como no se recolecta ningún dato personal de nadie, tampoco se recolecta de menores. Lo único que un menor podría compartir es el nombre de jugador que escriba, y sólo con las personas que están en la misma red WiFi jugando con él.
Si te preocupa, escribe con el niño un apodo en vez de su nombre real: la app acepta cualquier texto y no verifica nada.
6. Seguridad
Los datos guardados en tu teléfono usan el almacenamiento normal de la app, que el sistema operativo aísla de las demás aplicaciones.
Una advertencia honesta sobre la red local: la comunicación entre los teléfonos de una partida viaja por tu red WiFi sin cifrar. Es una decisión de diseño de un juego pensado para jugarse entre personas que están en la misma casa o reunión, y lo único que viaja son nombres de jugador y cartas de lotería. Aun así, conviene que lo sepas: alguien con acceso técnico a esa misma red WiFi podría, en principio, observar ese tráfico. No uses nombres de jugador que prefieras mantener privados en redes públicas.
7. Tus derechos y cómo ejercerlos
Como no tenemos ningún dato tuyo, no hay nada que solicitar, corregir ni eliminar de nuestro lado.
Para borrar todo lo que la app guardó de ti: desinstálala. Eso elimina por completo tu nombre de jugador y tus preferencias del dispositivo. También puedes cambiar tu nombre de jugador en cualquier momento desde la pantalla de perfil.
8. Cambios a esta política
Si cambia, se actualizará la fecha del inicio y la nueva versión quedará disponible en la misma dirección. Los cambios que impliquen recolectar cualquier dato se anunciarán dentro de la app antes de entrar en vigor.

Summary
Pixotería does not collect, store on servers, or share personal data. There are no accounts and no sign-up, no advertising, and no purchases. The app sends nothing to the internet: to play, it only communicates with the other phones in the game, over the same WiFi network.
1. What information is handled
What you type
Your player name (nickname). You choose it and it can be anything — a nickname, an initial, whatever. We don’t ask for your real name and there’s no way to verify it. It’s saved on your own phone so you don’t have to type it every game, and it is shown to the other players in that game — that’s its only purpose: so they know who has which board and who won.
What the app stores on your phone
All of this lives only in your device’s local storage. It never leaves, it isn’t backed up to any server of ours, and it’s fully deleted when you uninstall the app:

What travels between phones during a game
While playing, devices exchange only what the game needs: player names, which board each person picked, which cards have been called, and who claimed “¡Lotería!”. None of it is stored anywhere after the game, and none of it leaves your local WiFi network.
So phones can find each other without you typing addresses, the host advertises the game on the local network using mDNS/Bonjour, a standard operating system mechanism. That advertisement contains the generated game name (for example, “Loteria-4821”) and is visible to devices on that same network while the game is open.
What is not collected
We do not collect and have no access to: your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, calendar, your email address, your phone number, or any usage history or app analytics. Nor your advertising identifier: the app includes no advertising.
2. Permissions the app requests, and why
- Local network / WiFi access (
INTERNET,ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE,ACCESS_WIFI_STATE,CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATEon Android; local network permission on iOS): the only thing the app needs to exist. It’s used to find nearby games and connect to the other players. It is not used to send data to the internet.
On iOS, the system will ask for explicit permission the first time with the message “Pixotería uses the local network to find and connect to nearby games.” If you deny it, the app can’t find games — that’s its only network function.
The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, or external storage.
3. Third-party services
The app includes no analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs. No feature of the app connects to servers of ours or of any third party: there are none.
There’s one exception worth explaining honestly:
Speech synthesis (reading card names out loud). When this option is on, the app asks your operating system’s own speech synthesizer to say the card’s name. On some Android phones, the installed speech engine (Google’s, for example) may process that text on its servers to produce higher-quality voices. The text handed to it is only the name of a card from the traditional deck — “El Gallo”, “La Sirena” — never your player name or any personal data. That processing, if it happens, is governed by the privacy policy of your phone’s manufacturer or of the speech engine you have installed, not by this one. You can turn this feature off from the game options.
4. Advertising and purchases
Advertising — none. This version shows no ads of any kind: no banners, no interstitials between rounds, no rewarded ads. It also includes no advertising provider’s SDK, so there is nothing that could read your advertising identifier.
Purchases — none. Every deck the app ships with is playable without paying anything, and there are no in-app purchases.
If either is added in the future, this policy will be updated before the feature reaches users, and the change will be noted in section 8.
5. Children
Lotería is a family game and the app is intended for all audiences. Since no personal data is collected from anyone, none is collected from children either. The only thing a child could share is the player name they type, and only with the people on the same WiFi network playing with them.
If it concerns you, type a nickname instead of the child’s real name: the app accepts any text and verifies nothing.
6. Security
Data saved on your phone uses the app’s normal storage, which the operating system isolates from other applications.
An honest warning about the local network: communication between the phones in a game travels over your WiFi network unencrypted. It’s a design decision for a game meant to be played among people in the same house or gathering, and all that travels are player names and lotería cards. Still, you should know: someone with technical access to that same WiFi network could, in principle, observe that traffic. Don’t use player names you’d rather keep private on public networks.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing to request, correct, or delete on our side.
To erase everything the app saved about you: uninstall it. That completely removes your player name and preferences from the device. You can also change your player name at any time from the profile screen.
8. Changes to this policy
If it changes, the date at the top will be updated and the new version will be available at the same address. Changes that involve collecting any data will be announced inside the app before taking effect.
